Terms of Service


This sets forth the terms and conditions for The Performance Partnership Program

By initiating payment you agree to the terms of service for our program. 


Package 1: (Lead Flow + CRM)

Lead Generation Management and exclusive access to leads generated, no EPM support for appointment setting, follow up and sales will be dealer dependent


Package 2: (Lead Flow + CRM + Call Center and Appointments)

Lead Generation Management and exclusive access to leads generated, Eproductmine, LLC., DBA Solar Savings USA sets appointments using its call center support for the benefit of your organization


Package 2 clients also agree to pay Eproductmine, LLC., DBA Solar Savings USA a

$10 top up fee per lead generated and available in the CRM. The sum of these fees will be billed weekly from Monday to Sunday. 

Delayed payment for call center support and 10.00 per lead top up will be subject to account being paused or terminated.


Client (Solar Company, Sales and Marketing, or Sales Rep)  agrees to fund the Facebook ads campaign in the form of a credit card on file

with their internal Facebook Business Manager for the purpose of each month’s ad spend. Amount of monthly ad spend is determined by dealer. Payments for ad spend is never provided directly to Eproductmine, LLC., DBA Solar Savings USA


 Eproductmine, LLC., DBA Solar Savings USA

agrees to spend the amount of agreed discretionary budget allocated for ad spend upon approval and

discretion of the solar company for the purposes of lead generation via FB’s advertising portal in the markets of focus.


Client agrees to work all the leads and/or appointments generated and present in the shared

CRM. Access to the shared CRM is provided to the client from Eproductmine, LLC., DBA

Solar Savings USA in the form of a seat on the shared CRM for full transparency and audit procedures. 

Clients that do not report a sale within the first 45 days or "non performing dealers" will be subject to a 100.00 per month fee

 to cover cost of their CRM seat until said dealer reports its first funded sale.  


Deals that close and for which there is funding provided to client, client 

agrees to pay Eproductmine, LLC., DBA Solar Savings USA $500 commission for every fully funded deal as

tracked within the collective and transparent CRM (specific to only leads that are sold for which

Eproductmine, LLC., Solar Savings USA generates) within 5 business days of placing the deal into the fully funded column of the CRM.


Payout via, Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, Stripe, ACH or bank wire are accepted payment methods for all on-boarding fees, top

up fees relating to leads in the call center and commission for fully funded deals. 


Further, client will be held responsible for keeping the CRM

current and updated within a reasonable expectation. There will be periodic reconciliation from time to time wherein the dealer is required to book time with our auditors. If in the event the CRM is not current and updated for any reason, within a reasonable

amount of time and upon request from Eproductmine, LLC., DBA Solar Savings USA, the lead generation

and/or appointment setting will discontinue and discussions to fix said issues will commence in order to resolve the lack of transparency.


 During the partnership, unless otherwise required and agreed upon, lead generation and/or appointment setting, the landing pages,

lead forms and advertising accounts will be those offered by Eproductmine, LLC., DBA Solar Savings

USA. Additionally, in some instances the ad spend will promote a partnership with

client and its associated brand if desired, requested and specified.
